KEENAN MCVEY
Keenan McVey is a chef turned first-generation farmer and owner of Blue Goose Farm in Niagara, Ontario — a small, regenerative farm with an intense focus on growing food for flavour using more traditional and sustainable farming practices and methods. Prior to his career in agriculture, he worked as a chef in Toronto, Ontario for 14 years. His passion for both food and the environment continues to be the driving focus of his work.
