Lobster Casserole

Ingredients:
4-5 cooked and picked lobsters
Stuffing:
1 1/2 stacks of ritz crackers.
16oz of sour cream.
1/4-1/3 stick of butter.
METHOD:
Mix together.
Cover bottom of casserole dish with cooked and picked lobster meat.
Cover lobster with stuffing.
Cook on 400 for 25 minutes, covered with tin foil.
Uncover and low broil to brown top.
Usually 5 minutes but check frequently, can burn easily.
*lobster can also be substituted with any white fish for a fish casserole. Cooking time increases with uncooked fish
